I'm a city-born, country-living, world-travelling gal, wife of one firey hubby (25 years and counting) and mama to two spectacular grown up daughters who have flown the nest.
I'm also a Magnetic Messaging Mentor + Voice & Visibility Catalyst + Business Energetics Guide for Rebel, Creative, Spiritual + Neurodivergent entrepreneurs.
After being blindsided by perimenopause-fuelled mood swings & mental health challenges in my late 40s, and a very late in life AuDHD diagnosis, I've experienced first-hand how midlife changes and identity shifts can leave us feeling discombobulated.
I'm also living proof that this nexus of tired, itchy, and b*tchy (whilst no doubt painful and challenging at times) can also be the birthplace of deeply healing, seismic shifts in the way we do life (and in my case, business) in our next phase.
Like so many women at this age and stage, this powerful initiation point has been a time of healing, growth & opportunity to come home to me,

personally
I grew up the binge-eating, good girl-conditioned kid of a parent dealing with alcoholism + ongoing mental health challenges.
So I know a thing or two about the depth of self-awareness, self-responsibility and blind ongoing bloody faith it takes to move through trauma, codependency and heal unhelpful ways of being.
That 'been there, done that' experience means I am always and forever going to call you home to the truth of your innate magnificence, magic power + ultimately liberation - no matter what learned limitation you're currently lugging around.
At age 26 and years and years of traditional talk therapy failed to work through my own childhood challenges, I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine and other alternative therapies and began to harness the intricate balance of mind + body + soul which has the power to unleash a lifelong healing evolution.
Since then I have been studying and embodying different healing and coaching modalities (Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Energy Medicine, Intuitive Eating, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zen Thai Shiatsu, Five Elements Theory and Oriental Psychology, Yoga and somatics, True Sky Human Design - and the list goes on)
and continue to unravel + uplevel through the spirals of a deep transformational healing journey of my own.

I've had 17 different careers. Not exaggerating. I learn new things quickly then get bored when there's no joy or challenge. Now I know I'm neurosparkly and a 6/2 Manifestor by design, all of that makes sense, but I literally spent decades of my life feeling 'less than' people who could stick and stay at one thing.
I've always been brilliant at sparking and initiating - challenging the status quo, rebelling against the "rules" of living, schooling, parenting, initiating thought-provoking conversations, and generally asking "WHY?" on repeat.

Thanks to a stellar MG-driving, retro sunnies + scarf wearing high school teacher, I grew up fascinated by biology and what makes humans tick, what keeps us healthy + how we interact with nature. I studied genetics + biochemistry, and one of my first careers was as a forensic biologist.
Since then, I've let my curiosity lead me down all sorts of human behaviour + biology rabbit holes, the most recent of which is True Sidereal Human Design and Gene Keys.
What continues to blow my mind? Biologically, energetically, evolutionarily - there will never be and never has been another exact copy of any individual one of us. W I L D !

My father was older than my grandfather. Yep! My dad was younger than my Mum's Dad. Dad was 55 when I was born, so I spent a lot of time when I was younger listening to him and his chronologically older but so young-at-heart friends tell their life stories + share their perspectives.
A huge part of my love of storytelling comes from the days when I was curled up on the floor listening to them weave their wisdom. And I am fascinated by the golden thread that runs through time + space - inextricably leading us to where we're meant to be.
